Welcome to this beautiful Villa located in the gated Shipyard community of Hilton Head Island! Spend your next vacation at this 2 -level condo overlooking the 7th fairway of the Brigantine golf course. The well-equipped kitchen has LG and Bosh stainless steel appliances, Keurig and drip coffee pots, and a table and chair that seats 4. The dining room has a table for 6 and the outside covered patio has a table for 6 with a Weber gas grill and lounge chair overlooking the golf course. The living room features two full size sofas (one reclines) , a love seat and chair with 50"flat screen TV. Five TV's in the villa have 4k Apple TV's for streaming , premium Spectrum cable channels , 14 sports channels, and DVR.
Washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen. The first floor has one queen bedroom with private bath and comfort height toilet that doubles as a half bath during the day. Upstairs , the primary bedroom has a tray ceiling, king bed, large bathroom with skylight over the marble shower, double vanity, lighted make up mirror, and golf course view. The second upstairs bedroom has a king bed, two twin beds with glow at night stars overhead, and a private bath with shower /tub combo. The bedrooms feature new Beautyrest hybrid mattresses.
Hoses are conveniently located in front and back for easy cleanup of sandy feet and beach gear. This villa is well suited for 3 couples, or folks with mobility challenges.
Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced , the Villa features a Ring doorbell.
Pets are not allowed. Beach towels , hair dryers, small cooler , pool noodles , pickle ball and tennis racquets, and beach toys provided!
As a special perk , we have partnered with Xplor!e, offering activities and beach gear credit. In advance of your arrival , they can help schedule complimentary 2 beach chairs, 2 bikes and 1 umbrella. The can also assist in arranging excursions, with one person in the party enjoying complimentary access. The credit can be used for stays of 3 to 21 nights, adding an extra touch of convenience and enjoyment to your vacation.
