2. Fat Baby’s Pizza & Subs

Fat Baby’s Pizza & Subs is another strong contender for the title of “best pizza in Hilton Head.” Modeled after the classic neighborhood pizza joints of the 1970s, Fat Baby’s is famous for its scratch-made pies and kid-friendly vibe. We’re big fans of the signature Fat Baby Pizza, which comes with pepperoni, sausage, meatball, onion, green pepper, black olives, mushrooms, and extra cheese. If you’re looking for authentic Italian-style pizza in Hilton Head, you can’t beat Il Carpaccio. The co-owner of this restaurant is originally from a town near Venice and Il Carpaccio’s wood-fired oven was imported from Modena, Italy. All of the pies at Il Carpaccio feature a delightfully thin and flavorful crust topped with irresistible sauce, cheese, and toppings. Il Carpaccio does not offer delivery, but take out is available.

4. Dough Boys Pizza

Ordering a pizza from Dough Boys is always a good decision! This popular pizzeria makes a variety of unique pies, including the Chicken Parm Pizza (topped with chicken cutlet, house blend cheese, and sauce), and the Cheeseburger Pizza (featuring homemade patties, bacon, sweet onion, tomato, pickle, house blend cheese, and special sauce). Local Pie is a pizzeria that lives up to its name, using only local suppliers and locally-sourced ingredients. We highly recommend The Cousin pizza, which is topped with duck confit, house bacon, ricotta, mac n’ cheese, mozzarella, and garlic oil. Local Pie is great for dining in, takeout, or delivery.
