1. Harbour Town Spring Fest
Harbour Town will kick off the season with an awesome Spring Fest in March! The event will feature a special Sidewalk Sale, in which Harbour Town’s famous craft shops, jewelry stores, gift shops, and other boutiques will offer some excellent deals. Spring Fest will also include free live entertainment, children’s activities, water sports, boat rides, and more outdoor fun. Visitors will find Harbour Town at the Sea Pines Yacht Basin.2. Hilton Head Island’s Wingfest
Wingfest is another one of the most popular spring events in Hilton Head. Scheduled for March, this spirited competition will pit around 25 local restaurants against each other as they vie for the title of “best wings on the island.” Guests will have the chance to sample all of the mouth-watering chicken wings, and there will even be a Wing Eating Contest for the bravest attendees. In total, over 6,500 pounds of chicken wings will be served at the festival!
3. RBC Heritage Golf Tournament
With half a century of history under its belt, the RBC Heritage is a Hilton Head tradition! This PGA Tour event is played in April at the Harbour Town Golf Links, which is frequently ranked among the best courses in the nation. Spectators are welcome at the tournament, and there are fantastic concession venues located throughout the course.4. Art Market at Historic Honey Horn
Held at the Coastal Discovery Museum in April, the Art Market is a juried fine arts and crafts show. This annual event brings over 90 talented artists from around the country to Hilton Head. If you’re looking for the perfect souvenir from your vacation, this is the place to find it!5. Yacht Hop of Hilton Head
In May, the Harbour Town Yacht Basin will host the annual Yacht Hop. Guests at this fun event will come aboard docked yachts to sample spectacular hors d’oeuvres prepared by some of Hilton Head’s finest chefs. The fundraiser will also feature live music, a silent auction, a live auction, dessert, and a champagne toast. Proceeds from the event will benefit Hospice Care of the Lowcountry.
