As a long time, island vacationer turned property owner, Bruce has a unique perspective that sets him apart as a real estate agent with an innate understanding of homeowners’ needs. Being a full-time island resident since 1979 and a licensed real estate agent for over 30 years enables Bruce to show clients a turnkey process for all property owner lifestyles. Bruce specializes in “lock & leave” fractional ownerships, investment properties, 2nd home locations, and full-time residences. Bruce has earned his “Resort/Second Home Property Specialist” designation as well as his “Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist” classification. Bruce graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business from Michigan State University.
