Terry is the Field Engineer manager and partner, who works with owners to facilitate repairs, upgrades, and work orders to keep their vacation property in pristine condition. Terry believes in proactive maintenance for properties to head off issues before they impact rental revenue. Terry has built an extensive resume backing up his position with 35 years of experience with new construction, remodel, kitchen and bath installation, framing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, electronics and many more aspects of homes. Terry has been in property management and property maintenance for most of his career spanning 35 years. Terry attended the university of South Carolina, TCL and numerous certification courses including mold mitigation, computer sciences, safety certifications etc.
