How do I pick out what beach gear we want during our stay?
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with your Xplorie confirmation card All you will need is your reservation number to plan your upcoming vacation!

Do I need to be present for delivery?
Nope. Your gear will be delivered by 5 pm on your day of arrival. Please be sure to order your gear at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.

What if I want to change my order?
You can make your initial selections up to one (1) week prior to arrival and make changes up to 24 hours after your arrival. Gear is subject to availability and delivery, so we recommend ordering as soon as you receive your welcome email from us.

Where do I leave my gear before we leave?
The Beach gear should be cleaned and left in the place it was delivered the night before your pickup day. We will not charge you for your pickup day. Gear pickups start at 6 am EST.
