Welcome to your dream vacation home at Singleton Beach! This 7-bedroom, 7 ½-bathroom home is located in Hilton Head Island's newest and most exclusive community. As soon as you enter the home, you'll be greeted with sweeping views of the Lowcountry's salt marsh, tidal creeks, beach, and the Atlantic Ocean. This beach oasis accommodates up to 18 people comfortably, making it the perfect spot for large groups or families.
The home features 2 spacious master suites, each with private balconies. The first master suite on the third floor has a king bed, a flat screen 39" TV, and a sleeper sofa that doubles as a comfortable sitting area during the day. The attached private master bath provides a walk-in shower and a separate Jacuzzi tub. Down the hall is the first entertainment area with a sleeper sofa and a slider to a balcony that is shared with a twin bedroom with a private bath and a glassed-in shower. A queen guest room with a private full bath and a laundry closet are also located on this third floor.
On the fourth floor is the second master king suite, matching the third floor master suite floor plan exactly. The balcony is shared with a queen bedroom and private bath with a glassed-in shower. The third bedroom on this floor offers twin beds, another small private balcony, and a private full bath. The entertainment areas on the third and fourth floors are complete with 32" flat screen TVs and DVD players and feature wet bars each with a sink and refrigerator.
On the second floor of the home, you'll find the large and open main floor, which includes the tiled dining, kitchen, breakfast, and living areas. The living area features a wall of glass sliding doors that actually bring the mesmerizing views of the ocean, marsh, and palm trees inside. Also through the doors is the pillared and fenced-in deck with a pool, Jacuzzi, table seating 6, chaise lounge chairs, and a gas grill cooking area. Inside the living area, with a décor of greens, tans, and browns, are built-in bookshelves, a decorative fireplace, a large flat screen TV, stereo, and a sofa and chairs.
An added bonus is the breakfast bar with 3 stools and an open window to the spacious, beautiful kitchen. The gourmet kitchen offers granite countertops, a large center cooking island, Jenn-Air Stainless Steel appliances including 2 ovens, and a breakfast table for 4. There are also sliders to the deck and grill area. The large dining area has a table seating of 10 and a hutch.
This home is perfect for a large family or group of friends. With its prime location, countless amenities are right at your fingertips, including beach access, tennis, golf, shopping, bike paths, and much more. The private beach at Singleton is all about fun. The communities are perfect mid-island location, right in the middle of everything including shopping, dining, as well as many activities and adventures. The Singleton Area includes properties on Singleton Beach Road, Singleton Beach Place, Collier Beach Road, Collier Court, Singleton Shores, Singleton Manor, the Village at Singleton Beach, Corine, and Henry Lane. Singleton Beach Road is adjacent to Chaplain Park offering basketball, baseball, soccer, tennis, and a dog park. The ocean and marsh views at Singleton Beach are second to none!
