The unit has a prime location on the second floor, with breathtaking views of the wide sandy beach and the ocean, and is so close to the ocean as it feels like sitting on the beach. You can hear the soothing waves and catch glimpses of dolphins from the unit’s private balcony.
The style of this villa is contemporary with tasteful coastal decorations and is full of natural light. The kitchen is very well equipped with modern stainless-steel appliances, blender for your smoothies, coffee maker and Keurig for your coffee/tee. The villa has updated bathrooms, wood floors throughout the unit, new furniture and new sliding doors to the balcony. The villa is equipped with 3 flat screen TVs with Cable, free WiFi, full-size front load washer and dryer, and access to the balcony from both living room and master bedroom.
The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed and a desk with a monitor, the guest room features two double beds, and the kitchen is open to the dining and living area. On the balcony, you'll find a dining table/chairs, and lounge chairs, providing the perfect spot to relax and soak in the stunning views. Start your day by watching the sunrise while you enjoy your coffee/tee or at the end of your day, enjoy the views with a refreshing drink while listening to the crashing waves on the shore.
